Humana Gold Plus® (HMO) is a managed care health plan that offers a broad range of coverage and fixed rates for most services. By coordinating your care through a primary care physician, you can be sure your doctor knows about any treatment plan or medication you are taking.
With Humana Gold Plus, you will get:

- Choice of a primary care physician (PCP) within the plan network
- Prescription drug coverage that is at least as good as Medicare Part D, and sometimes even better. *

Humana Gold Choice® (PFFS) is a plan that delivers affordable and flexible coverage while allowing you to choose any doctor who accepts Medicare. Out-of-network providers may cost a little more but this plan includes an extensive network of physicians and hospitals.
With Humana Gold Choice (PFFS), you may receive:
- Prescription drug coverage that is at least as good as Medicare Part D, and sometimes even better.
- Coverage for most of the drugs that are commonly to seniors
- An affordable monthly plan premium
- Coverage for annual preventive screenings at no cost
Humana's Medicare Supplement Insurance Plans
Humana's Medicare Supplement plans can cover some of the costs not covered by Medicare Parts A and B. These may include such things as deductibles and coinsurance, dental and vision benefits, and deductibles for certain procedures. The predictable healthcare costs that these plans afford make it easier to live on a fixed income, and that's something every senior can appreciate.
Since you are still in the Medicare program, you can keep the same doctors, and you have all of the same Medicare rights and protections. Most states offer Medicare supplemental policies that are labeled A through N, which benefits that vary depending on the plan you choose. Plans A through G provide benefits with limited out-of-pocket costs and slightly higher premiums. Plans K through N offer cost sharing benefits with lower premium and greater out-of-pocket costs.
